• Orders placed on Fridays after 1:00 PM (PST) will be processed the following business day. Expedited shipping methods do not include processing times.

At this time we do not offer international shipping.

Holiday Cutoffs are different for each holiday. We follow the shipping schedule for the USPS. Once holiday cutoff dates are known, we will share them on our webpage.

If you are returning a product you purchased within the last 30 days, contact us to initiate your return. Please email and a member of our Customer Service team will assist you. We are unable to accept returns of partial sets or bundles.

Once the return is approved, please allow 10 days for the return to be processed.

Please note: We are not able to refund original shipping charges as these are paid directly to the carrier.  Mythic does not refund orders for packages that are lost or stolen. Purchases made through unauthorized Mythic retailers do not qualify for a refund or exchange. 

Once a returned package is received at our facility, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed. Funds typically take between 3-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on the banking institution. 

Items:

We are so sorry to hear that an item in your order is missing or damaged. Please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your order with a photo of everything you received, as well as the packaging. Photos will be requested by a customer service team member to proceed.

Packages:

If your order is marked as delivered but you have yet to receive it, please wait 2 business days before reaching out. We also recommend checking with your building management, concierge, mailroom, or neighbors to see if they received the package for you. You are free to contact the shipping company directly as well.
